Bates was formerly a Regional Vice-President for Coldwell-Banker Realtors in New Jersey, accountable for 35 offices. In 1994, Bates was promoted to CEO of South Florida for Coldwell-Banker Realtors, a position he held until 1998. He left CB to become the Broker/Owner of six RE/MAX Real Estate offices in northern Palm Beach County. As a Broker-Associate with 40 years of experience, Bates specializes in Country Club Communities and Waterfront Properties, is an avid tennis player and occasional golfer.
