About Parrot Cove
Parrot Cove is a quaint old Florida style neighborhood located just North of Downtown Lake Worth. Parrot Cove is a very safe neighborhood with no thru traffic situated just east of Federal Highway, north of Lucerne Avenue, and south of 13th Avenue on the Lake Worth Golf Course and Intracoastal Waterway. Parrot Cove got its name because of the abundance of beautiful green parrots that flock to the tropical trees and build their nests. Parrot Cove has about 600 households, mostly made up of single-family homes built in the 1950s and 60s, with some dating back to the 1920s. Many of these sensational properties feature soaring ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Zen gardens, charming fireplaces, and exquisite golf course and water views. Parrot Cove residents enjoy picturesque walking and biking trails, picnic areas, and convenient access to waterfront golfing. They have the luxury of taking a short walk or bike ride to Snook Island, Bryant Park, and world-famous Palm Beach beaches.
