Grandview Heights
Grandview Heights is one of 13 Historic Districts located in the heart of West Palm Beach. Grandview Heights is derived from its astounding location on top of Atlantic Ridge just south of Okeechobee Boulevard. This provides some residences with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean over the island of Palm Beach from second-story windows. This neighborhood's history dates back to 1873 and has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1999. This neighborhood's architecture is unique and has many different styles, such as Spanish Colonial Revival, Bungalow, American Four Square, Art Deco, Mission Revival, Monterey, and Dutch Colonial Revival. Immediately adjacent to Grandview Heights, you will find Howard Park, Norton Museum of Art, City Place, and the Convention Center. This mix of the historic neighborhood with all amenities of the modern world is perfect for people who love having a wide array of activities to do and places to explore.
